Performance objectives: As a key member of the team you will assist in the fulfillment of service and installation requests providing exceptional service to clients and independent IT service professionals.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming client service and installation requests and responsible for allocating and working with IT service professionals to perform technology service for clients.
  • Compiles status reports, coordinates project schedules and assist sales team with follow up to prospects and clients.
  • The ability to call IT service professionals and explain service requests and send out necessary paperwork, and create requests in computerized tracking system. 
  • Responsible for maintaining relationship with independent IT service professionals.
  • Responsible for working with clients in fulfilling client engagements.
  • Full cycle recruiting and vetting of partners, vendors and independent IT professionals for client engagements. 
  • Onboarding of new vendors. 
  • Responsible for reconciliation of work orders and deliverables.
  • Payment processing and reports for clients.

Days and hours: Monday thru Friday business hours with the ability to work a varied schedule from home 1 day a week. The ability to be on a rotating weekend call schedule one-to-two times a month working from home for client support during after hours, weekends, and holidays. 

Skills and attributes required include:

  • Exceptional client service and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills with solid experience in MSOffice, Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills required.
  • Work well in a team environment and a willingness to learn.
  • Some college or applicable professional work experience.
  • Experience with recruitment of vendors, partners and independent IT professionals including the most current tools and techniques required.
  • Excellent work ethic and follow through.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and remote work experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and be calm under pressure.
