With Aaron as the emcee, Don, Mary Ellen and I shared how Company Culture, Leadership Development and Diversity helps boost profitability.  Aaron had some compelling data for instance:

Culture=Profitability / For companies that focus on company culture:

  • Revenues increased – 4 times faster
  • Job creation rates grew – 7 times higher
  • Profits climbed – 750% higher
  • Net income grew – 700%

Wrigely Field Adventure:  We had the pleasure of having a client join us for this event and as a Chicago native he knew the layout of the stadium and where we should visit.

CompTIA and the Cubs events team did an amazing job of providing some unique and once in a lifetime elements to the evening including pictures with Cub former right fielder, Billy Williams, views from the press box (see picture below), an opportunity to bat, a locker room tour, sitting in the dug out and meeting Clark their mascot.

Attendees were smiling and laughing as if we were kids again.  Even as Red Sox fans the experience was an unmistakably cool opportunity to experience a legendary field and ballclub.
